Enterprising Acorns

This was a very exciting batch of mini cupcakes to make. I was asked by Theresa the owner of A revolution to make her some cakes for a business event that was going to be happening in my town of Haverhill. I regularly make cupcakes for her salon in town and was very happy to help out with this great enterprise opening in the town. The name Enterprising Acorns so we decided to make mini cupcakes iced with grass effect butter cream and handmade sugar paste acorns on top.
