Hannah's Buns Battenburg!

Hi Again, This week for Avant Garde we decided to mix things up a bit instead of cupcakes I made my own Battenburg. I made a sponge and coloured one half pink.  I cooked it and  once it was cooled I cut it into small strips and then glazed with apricot jam. Then covered it with marzipan. I wanted to make mini ones which I think are really sweet. Here are the pictures and I hope you find them delightful. Thanks for reading x
