Santa Hat Cake

This cake was so much fun to bake and design, I was really getting into the Christmas mood with this one :) I made  vanilla sponge cakes and cut them to size and stacked them on top of each other.  I covered the cakes with butter cream and then I placed the rolled fondant on top. I then air brushed the cake red and  placed a bobble on top. I then piped white royal icing on the bobble to give it a fluffy effect.
