Chocolate and orange Macarons

Last week for the beauty salon I made chocolate and orange macarons. I use the chocolate recipe in my new Pierre Herme's book and just changed the chocolate as the one he uses I think you need to buy from France. Then I made my own orange butter cream to go between them. They were very lovely and had lots of flavour but the texture was a little different. I think it was to do with adding melted chocolate to the mix. It made the macarons more hollow but they did still have that chewy texture.  I hope you like the pictures and thank you for reading.  I have so many blogs still to write up so please come back again :)
